  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 oz package
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix 5.1 oz box
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 box vanilla wafers or other cookies of choice
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped plus extra for garnish
  • Crushed strawberry wafers optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  • In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  • In a serving dish or cups, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom. Add sliced bananas and chopped strawberries on top.
  • Spread a layer of the cheesecake mixture over the fruit, followed by a layer of vanilla pudding.
  • Repeat layers as needed, ending with cheesecake or pudding.
  • Top with additional strawberries and crushed strawberry wafers.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Use fully softened cream cheese for smooth blending. Substitute graham crackers for vanilla wafers if preferred. Best enjoyed fresh within 3–4 days.
