Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
In a serving dish or cups, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom. Add sliced bananas and chopped strawberries on top.
Spread a layer of the cheesecake mixture over the fruit, followed by a layer of vanilla pudding.
Repeat layers as needed, ending with cheesecake or pudding.
Top with additional strawberries and crushed strawberry wafers.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.
