Ingredients

Strawberries

  • 20 large Strawberries Fresh and ripe

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • Step 1: Wash the strawberries and carefully hollow out the top, removing the stem.
  • Step 2: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a small spoon or a piping bag.
  • Step 3: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Step 4: Dip each filled strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 5: Refrigerate the strawberries for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
  • Step 6: Serve chilled as a refreshing and decadent treat.
