  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp Hot sauce Adjust to taste
  • 4 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well using a stand mixer or by hand.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch, buffalo, or garlic aioli.

Notes

Freeze raw balls on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Bake from frozen, adding 3–5 minutes to the cooking time. Try add-ins like jalapeños or green onions for extra flavor.
