Instructions
In a skillet, sauté diced green pepper and onion until softened.
Add sliced sirloin and Montreal Steak Seasoning; cook until steak is fully cooked and tender.
Let filling rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, lay egg roll wrappers on parchment paper and brush edges with beaten egg.
Add ~2 tbsp of filling to each wrapper and top with a slice of provolone (folded).
Roll the egg rolls: fold the bottom over filling, fold in sides, and roll tightly to seal.
Cooking options: Deep Fry: Heat oil and fry rolls for 3–4 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels. Air Fry: Spray with buttery spray and air fry at 390°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway. Oven Bake: Spray with buttery spray and bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cool slightly and serve with a dip of mayo and horseradish, if desired.
