  • 1 10 oz bag Brownie mix Plus oil and egg as directed
  • 1 16 oz package Refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • to taste Vanilla ice cream Optional, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a regular-size muffin tin.
  • Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Set aside.
  • Divide the cookie dough into 12 portions and press into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  • Place a Reese’s peanut butter cup upside down over each cookie dough base.
  • Spoon brownie batter over each peanut butter cup until about 90% full.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until brownies are set and tops look firm.
  • Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes

You can customize the filling with Oreos, Rolos, or caramels instead of peanut butter cups. Store in an airtight container and reheat for a gooey center.
