2cupsRice Krispies cereal

Instructions
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Place mini chocolate chips in the freezer.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt vanilla candy coating in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring each time until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies with the melted candy coating and creamy peanut butter. Stir well until coated.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature, about 5–10 minutes.
Gently fold in mini marshmallows and frozen chocolate chips.
Drop mixture by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
Let set at room temperature or chill until firm. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
