Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef with minced onion and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
Stir in frozen hash browns, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
Bake for 30–40 minutes until hot and bubbly, and cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm with a fresh salad or vegetables.
Notes
Customize with your favorite veggies or use ground turkey instead. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. Freezes well for up to 3 months.
