Instructions
Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional chili powder. Toss until well coated.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
In another small pan, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in honey and let it combine.
Pour the garlic butter honey sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
Slice the chicken and serve it in taco shells, topped with lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix. Chicken thighs provide extra juiciness compared to breasts.
