Instructions

  • Season the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional chili powder. Toss until well coated.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • In another small pan, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in honey and let it combine.
  • Pour the garlic butter honey sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  • Slice the chicken and serve it in taco shells, topped with lettuce, cheese, and salsa.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix. Chicken thighs provide extra juiciness compared to breasts.
