Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken broth. Once heated, add heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
In a separate skillet, cook chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center. Slice into strips.
Add cooked rotini pasta to the creamy Parmesan sauce. Stir to combine, then add sliced chicken.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Pair with garlic bread and a fresh garden salad for a complete meal.
