Pasta

  • 12 oz rotini pasta

Sauce

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Chicken

  • 2 pieces chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chicken broth. Once heated, add heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  • In a separate skillet, cook chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center. Slice into strips.
  • Add cooked rotini pasta to the creamy Parmesan sauce. Stir to combine, then add sliced chicken.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Pair with garlic bread and a fresh garden salad for a complete meal.
