  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Quick Cook Oats

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the salt, vanilla, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
  • Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and boil for exactly 30 seconds.
  • Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add the quick oats and stir until well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax or parchment paper.
  • Let the cookies cool and set for 30–45 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure to boil the mixture for the full 30 seconds to ensure cookies set. Avoid making these on humid days for best results. Store in airtight container up to 5 days.
