Ingredients

Pasta

  • 16 oz rotini pasta (or penne)

Creamy Ingredients

  • 5 oz cream cheese softened
  • 16 oz jarred Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 8 strips)

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return to pot over low heat.
  • Stir in softened cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add Alfredo sauce, cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning. Stir until fully combined and creamy.
  • Fold in cooked chicken and crumbled bacon.
  • Serve warm. Top with additional cheese or parsley, if desired.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Add a handful of spinach or peas for color and nutrition. Reheat with a splash of milk to loosen the sauce.
