Tortillas

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Spread an even layer of mashed potatoes on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and chopped green onions over the mashed potatoes.
  • Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Notes
