  • 2 cups Crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups Rice krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • to taste Crushed peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy bars, creamy peanut butter, rice krispies, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix everything until it is cohesive and sticky.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  • While the balls are freezing, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a double boiler. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Once the balls are chilled, dip each one into the melted chocolate. Make sure each ball is completely coated. Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top for extra crunch. Let the balls set in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve these delicious Butterfinger Balls as a treat at parties or enjoy them as a sweet dessert. They keep well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week!

Notes

Make sure to crush the Butterfinger bars well for the best texture. Use a small cookie scoop to help roll the mixture into even balls.
