  • 36 cookies Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
  • 1/4 cup pink candy melts
  • to taste Mini marshmallows
  • to taste Pink sanding sugar or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos: Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  • Mix the Base: In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Form Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze: Chill the Oreo balls in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  • Melt Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Coat the Balls: Dip each Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Place back onto parchment paper.
  • Create Feet: Pipe small oval shapes using melted pink candy melts for bunny feet. Add paw prints using a toothpick.
  • Decorate: Attach a mini marshmallow as the bunny tail. Place two feet onto the front of each Oreo ball.
  • Set & Serve: Allow the decorations to set before serving. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

For variety, try using different flavored Oreos like Golden Oreos or Mint Oreos. If you don’t have a food processor, place cookies in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
