Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
In a bowl, mix onion, Swiss cheese, cooked bacon, flour, salt, and pepper.
Layer 1/3 of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
Top with 1/3 of the cheese and bacon mixture. Repeat layers twice more.
Pour warm cream evenly over the top layer.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 25–30 minutes, until top is golden and potatoes are tender.
