Ingredients

Chicken Tenders

  • 2 pounds chicken tenders

Seasoning

Bacon and Coating

  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top.
  • Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together the brown sugar and chili powder.
  • Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon.
  • Dredge the bacon-wrapped chicken in the brown sugar mixture. Press to coat well.
  • Place the chicken on the wire rack and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Broil for the last 2 minutes if you want extra crispiness.
  • Serve hot and enjoy as a delightful appetizer or main dish!
