° Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
° Chicken breast: 4 breasts (fillet / diced)
° Onions: 1 piece (chopped)
° Garlic: 2 cloves (crushed)
° Mushrooms: 3 cups (fresh and chopped slices)
° Italian herbs: 1 teaspoon (dried)
° Chicken broth: half a cup
° Cooking cream: 1 cup (liquid)
° Salt: 1 teaspoon
° Mixed spices: a quarter of a teaspoon
° Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
° Puff pastry dough: 2 packages (rectangular shape)
How to prepare
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add onions and stir for 3 minutes.
Add chicken, garlic, herbs and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, salt, black pepper and spices, and stir until the chicken is brown.
Add the broth and leave the mixture for 15 minutes until the chicken is tender, the mushrooms are tender, and the broth decreases.
Put the liquid cream over the mixture, reduce the heat and boil it on low heat for 5 minutes.
Spread the puff pastry in an oven dish, after brushing it with a little butter.
Place the filling on top of the dough, then cover the face of the filling with another layer of puff pastry.
Make a crossover into the center of the dough with a sharp knife.
Grease the face of the dough with a little butter.
Put the plate in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, until browning.
Cut the pie and serve hot alongside the salad to taste.
