Instructions

Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, and mixed spices. Continue cooking until mushrooms are tender.
Pour in chicken broth and simmer on low for 15 minutes until slightly reduced.
Add cooking cream and simmer for 5 more minutes until thick and creamy. Set aside.
