  • 2 Chicken Breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • ¾ cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 small zucchini, chopped
  • 1 ½ cup multi colored bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 400*
Spray a rimmed baking sheet with a non-stick spray
