Ingredients

  • 2 medium Zucchinis, sliced into rounds
  • 2 medium Yellow Squash, sliced into rounds

  • 1 cup Grated Cheese (cheddar or gruyere)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a greased baking dish, layer the sliced zucchinis and yellow squash.

  • Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
