Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 breasts Chicken (boneless, skinless) Cut into bite-sized pieces

Vegetables

  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 piece Green pepper Chopped
  • 2 cups Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 piece Onion Sliced

Sauces

  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, salt, and water to create a smooth sauce.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add sliced onions, minced garlic, mushrooms, and chopped green pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dish.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, swap chicken for tofu. Adjust black pepper to taste for extra spice.
