Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, salt, and water to create a smooth sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
Add sliced onions, minced garlic, mushrooms, and chopped green pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dish.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, swap chicken for tofu. Adjust black pepper to taste for extra spice.
