0.5cupWhite chocolate shavings(for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let the crust cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth with a hand mixer. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined and creamy. Gently fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping until smooth and evenly blended. Spread the cream-cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant white chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until the pudding thickens, about 2 minutes. Spread the white chocolate pudding mixture evenly over the cream-cheese layer.
Spread the blueberry pie filling evenly over the white chocolate pudding layer, making sure to cover the surface completely.
Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the blueberry layer. Sprinkle white chocolate shavings over the top for garnish.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate the lasagna for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld. Serve chilled, cut into squares.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth blend. Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for best results when making whipped topping.
