Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat the room-temperature cream cheese, eggs, ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese with a hand mixer until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform.
Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and the base is set to the touch.
Remove the dish from the oven and allow the base to cool for 10 minutes.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the cooled base using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then arrange your favorite toppings across the surface.
Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for another 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden at the edges.
Remove from the oven, let the pizza rest for 3–5 minutes, then slice into squares or rectangles. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious crustless pizza!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container or cover the baking dish tightly. Keeps well for 3–4 days in the refrigerator.
