  • 1 package (8-ounce) full-fat cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the top turns lightly golden and set.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the base to cool for 10 minutes—this helps it firm up and makes it easier to slice later.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base, then sprinkle on mozzarella and your favorite toppings.
  • Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Slice, serve, and dig into your delicious crustless pizza!

Notes

Resting after the first bake is key to firm texture. Great for keto, gluten-free, and low-carb diets. Reheats well for meal prep!
