Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the top turns lightly golden and set.
Remove from the oven and allow the base to cool for 10 minutes—this helps it firm up and makes it easier to slice later.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base, then sprinkle on mozzarella and your favorite toppings.
Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice, serve, and dig into your delicious crustless pizza!
