Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed.
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheet, shaping into rounds.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
While baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make glaze.
Once fritters are slightly cooled, drizzle or dip them in the glaze. Let glaze set before serving.

Store in an airtight container up to 3 days or freeze up to 1 month. Reheat in oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Try with caramel drizzle or add nuts for crunch!
