Cheese

  • 1 block (8 oz) Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 block (16 oz) Velveeta Cheese cubed

  • 12 oz Bowtie Pasta

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside when done.
  • Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks. Cook until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Step 3: Reduce heat to low and add the softened cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until melted and well combined with the beef.
  • Step 4: Next, add the cubed Velveeta cheese and milk to the mixture. Stir until everything is smoothly blended and creamy.
  • Step 5: Finally, add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, mixing everything well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
