  • 1 lb Ground Beef

Vegetables

  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 3.5 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can (15 oz) Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 bag (16 oz) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 medium Potatoes, diced Any variety such as russet

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and the onions become translucent.
  • Season with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
  • Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, frozen vegetables, and diced potatoes. Stir well.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cover and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
