Turkey Sausage

  • 1 cup turkey sausage, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the turkey sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the veggies and cook until they’re tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic and cherry tomatoes for 2-3 minutes.
