Ingredients
8ozcream cheese, softened
1tablespoonorange zest
1/2cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonorange extract
1cupgraham cracker crumbs
1cupwhite chocolate chips
1/2cuporange candy melts (optional)
Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, orange zest, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange extract. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add graham cracker crumbs to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 20-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth and melted. Allow to cool for a minute before adding to the cream cheese mixture.
Pour the melted white chocolate into the mixture, stirring well to combine everything into a soft dough.
Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll each into a ball. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet.
For an extra pop of color and orange flavor, melt orange candy melts according to package instructions. Dip each truffle into the melted candy, letting any excess drip off, and return to the baking sheet.
While still wet, add colorful sprinkles for a festive touch.
Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until set. Enjoy!
Notes
Store your truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze the shaped but undecorated truffles for up to three months.
