Instructions
Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined. Shape into four oval patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
Add the patties to the hot skillet. Cook 4-5 minutes per side until evenly browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Add French onion soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, and water. Stir until well combined and gravy thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Return patties to the skillet. Spoon gravy over the top. Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes to meld the flavors.
Serve hot, drizzled with remaining gravy. Enjoy!
