  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed until well mixed. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Optionally, top with whipped cream and more fresh strawberries before serving.
