Instructions
Cook the rice according to package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned but still tender.
Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the beef. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef nicely.
Toss in the pineapple chunks, stirring gently to combine and warm through without breaking up the fruit.
Spoon cooked rice into bowls and top with the teriyaki beef and pineapple mixture.
Finish with a sprinkle of thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds for a burst of color and texture.
Notes
Use fresh pineapple for better flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste.
