Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain off any excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and smooth.
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange a single layer of frozen Tater Tots across the bottom. Spread half of the beef and green bean mixture over the Tater Tots, then sprinkle with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Add another layer of Tater Tots, then top with the remaining beef mixture and the rest of the cheese.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 40–45 minutes, until the Tater Tots are golden and crispy, and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
