  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1/2 pound Breakfast Sausage
  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven according to the package instructions and bake the tater tots until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the sausage, stir for a minute, then slowly whisk in the milk. Add salt and pepper and simmer until thickened.
  • In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your preference (sunny-side up, scrambled, etc.).
  • Assemble the bowls by layering crispy tater tots, sausage gravy, eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and a sprinkle of green onions.
