1poundground beef
0.5cupyellow onion, peeled and chopped
8oztomato sauce
0.5teaspoonsalt
0.5teaspoonpaprika
0.5teaspoongarlic powder
0.5teaspoononion powder
0.25teaspoonground cumin
0.25teaspoondried oregano
0.25teaspoonblack pepper
32ozfrozen tater tots(1 package)
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned and soft (about 8 minutes). Drain grease.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer 2 minutes.
Spread beef mixture evenly in prepared baking dish. Top with frozen tater tots in a single layer.
Bake for 35 minutes, until tater tots are golden and crisp.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and bake another 10–15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
Cool for 10 minutes, then top with green onions, tomatoes, olives, red onion, and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
