Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place cupcake wrappers in a muffin tin to hold your Taco Cupcakes.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain the excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning with 2/3 cup of water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid is almost completely absorbed.
Spoon the seasoned beef mixture into the cupcake wrappers, filling them about halfway.
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef in each wrapper.
Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Once out of the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes. Top each Taco Cupcake with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
These little bites of joy can be served warm or at room temperature. Enjoy your Taco Cupcakes!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can freeze unbaked cupcakes for up to 3 months.
