Equipment

  • Muffin Tin
  • Skillet

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

Seasoning

  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning

Cupcake Components

  • 12 pieces Cupcake Wrappers

Toppings

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Salsa

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place cupcake wrappers in a muffin tin to hold your Taco Cupcakes.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning with 2/3 cup of water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the liquid is almost completely absorbed.
  • Spoon the seasoned beef mixture into the cupcake wrappers, filling them about halfway.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef in each wrapper.
  • Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Once out of the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes. Top each Taco Cupcake with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa.
  • These little bites of joy can be served warm or at room temperature. Enjoy your Taco Cupcakes!
