0.25cupsoy sauce
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
2tablespoonsgochujang (Korean chili paste)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared pan and shape it into a loaf.
Bake for 40–45 minutes or until fully cooked through.
Optional: In the last 10 minutes of baking, brush the top with extra gochujang and a little honey for a sticky glaze.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes, then slice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
Notes
Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version. Reduce gochujang if you prefer less spice, or replace with BBQ sauce for a milder glaze. Serve with jasmine rice and steamed veggies for a complete meal.
