Ingredients

Meat and Cheese Filling

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binding agent
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Basil, chopped

Pasta Shells

  • 24 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells Also known as conchiglioni

Sauce

  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce Homemade or high-quality

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, and basil.
  • Fill each pasta shell with the meat mixture and place in a baking dish.
  • Cover shells with marinara sauce and sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.

Notes
