1.5cupsfresh strawberries, diced small
4ouncescream cheese, softened
0.25cuppowdered sugar

3teaspoonsgranulated sugar, divided
0.25teaspoonground cinnamon
Instructions
In a bowl, toss diced strawberries with 1 tsp sugar and set aside.
Mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin and trim crusts.
Spread a teaspoon of cream cheese mix along one edge of the bread and top with strawberries. Roll up tightly.
In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, 2 tsp sugar, and cinnamon.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium and coat with butter or spray. Dip each roll in the egg mixture and cook seam-side down first. Turn to brown all sides.
Serve warm with extra strawberries, powdered sugar, or syrup.
Notes
Make ahead and refrigerate uncooked roll-ups overnight. Try with blueberries or bananas for variety! For baking, cook at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
