  • 1 lb Frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk or your favorite milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Allow the frozen strawberries to thaw for about 10 minutes.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the thawed strawberries, coconut milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut milk if needed for desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer consistency.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries or mint leaves and enjoy!

Notes

For a tropical twist, substitute strawberries with mango or pineapple. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
