Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine crushed golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake filling using a spoon or piping bag.
Dip the top of each filled cone into the strawberry crunch topping, pressing lightly to adhere.
Garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
These cones are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
