  • 20 pieces Golden Oreos, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Melted butter
  • 8 ounces Softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 12 pieces Waffle cones
  • to taste Fresh strawberries, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine crushed golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake filling using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Dip the top of each filled cone into the strawberry crunch topping, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

These cones are best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day.
