Ingredients

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) Refrigerated Biscuit Dough

Filling Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • Extra Powdered Sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Heat your vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to about 350°F.
  • In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  • Cut each biscuit from the dough can in half and roll each piece into a ball.
  • Carefully drop the dough balls into the hot oil. Fry each one for about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Let the donut holes cool slightly. Then make a small hole in each one and pipe in the cheesecake filling using a piping bag.
  • Finish with a generous dusting of powdered sugar, and enjoy warm or chilled!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or toaster oven.
