Instructions
Heat your vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to about 350°F.
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, chopped strawberries, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Cut each biscuit from the dough can in half and roll each piece into a ball.
Carefully drop the dough balls into the hot oil. Fry each one for about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Let the donut holes cool slightly. Then make a small hole in each one and pipe in the cheesecake filling using a piping bag.
Finish with a generous dusting of powdered sugar, and enjoy warm or chilled!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or toaster oven.
