12ozRigatoni pasta
4tbspUnsalted butter, divided
3clovesGarlic, minced
1/2tspGarlic powder
1/2tspPaprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1cupHeavy cream
1cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1/2cupShredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cupBeef broth
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Season steak bites with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Sear steak bites until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat to medium. Add remaining 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Stir in mozzarella until melted. Add cooked rigatoni and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.
Return steak bites to the pan and gently toss everything together.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

For added veggies, stir in sautéed mushrooms or spinach with the pasta. Be careful not to overcook the steak—sear quickly for best results.
