Instructions
Divide the ground beef into 8 small balls.
In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
Brush the garlic butter onto the buns and toast them on a skillet until golden brown.
Brush a small amount of the garlic butter on top of the ground beef balls and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the beef balls on the hot surface and press them into thin patties.
Season the patties with the salt mixture.
When one side is cooked, flip the patties and add a slice of cheese to each one.
Stack half of the patties on top of the other to create double burgers.
Place the cooked patties onto the toasted buns and add your favorite toppings.
