Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Hand Mixer
  • Airtight Container

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Cotton Candy For flavor and topping

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream on medium speed until soft peaks form (about 2-3 minutes).
  • In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a handful of cotton candy until fully combined.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cotton candy mixture, being careful not to deflate the airiness.
  • Pour the mixture into an airtight container, smooth the top, and cover.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Scoop into bowls, top with extra cotton candy if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, chill your mixing bowl before whipping the cream. If you can't find cotton candy, use cotton candy-flavored syrup or bubblegum extract.
