Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add drained, chopped spinach, sour cream, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly.
Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
Flatten each mound slightly into a round disc with the back of the spoon.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden-brown edges and bubbly centers.
Let the crisps cool on the pan for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best texture, reheat in a preheated oven.
