  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 0.5 cup Cooked spinach, drained and chopped squeeze out excess liquid
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.25 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add drained, chopped spinach, sour cream, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly.
  • Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
  • Flatten each mound slightly into a round disc with the back of the spoon.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden-brown edges and bubbly centers.
  • Let the crisps cool on the pan for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For best texture, reheat in a preheated oven.
