  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add chopped spinach, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Flatten each mound slightly into a round disc.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes to restore crispiness. Can also freeze uncooked mixture for up to a month.
