Spaghetti Noodles, cooked
enough for desired servings
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onions, garlic, and green pepper until soft (3–5 mins).
Add ground chuck and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Simmer on low for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While sauce simmers, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Serve sauce over spaghetti. Garnish with Parmesan or parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra richness, add a splash of red wine while simmering. You can also mix in mushrooms or zucchini for added nutrition.
