Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 2-3 cups water to cover the beef
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • Stir in chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, dried onion, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add 2–3 cups of water until the beef is covered. Stir and bring to a simmer.
