3gSalt
4gDry Yeast
Wet Ingredients
25gSweetened Condensed Milk
180gWarm MilkAbout 110°F
20gUnsalted ButterSoftened
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix warm milk with the dry yeast and a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, remaining sugar, and salt, stirring well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Once your yeast mixture is frothy, add it to the bowl with dry ingredients, along with the sweetened condensed milk and softened butter.
Using your hands or a dough hook in a stand mixer, knead the mixture until it becomes a smooth and elastic dough—about 10 minutes. The dough should be slightly sticky.
Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
After the dough has risen, punch it down to remove any air bubbles. Divide it into small pieces (about 50g each) and shape them into balls.
Arrange the dough balls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30-40 minutes until they're puffy.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until they turn golden brown on top.
Let the rolls cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Serve warm and enjoy!
